Hospitable and Lodgify both sync Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendars, put guest messages in one inbox and offer a direct booking website. They're built around different ideas. Hospitable starts with automation and has a free plan. Lodgify starts with your own website and booking engine, and charges no booking commission.
Short answer: For one listing, Hospitable Essentials is free, and Lodgify Basic is the cheapest paid plan at $14 a month billed yearly. For a direct booking website, Lodgify Starter ($26 a month billed yearly, up to 2 properties) costs less than Hospitable Professional ($59 a month). From about 3 listings, Hospitable publishes every price; Lodgify's depend on property count.

Hospitable's prices are monthly; annual billing saves 12%. Lodgify's page defaults to yearly billing (20% off) for 1 property. It offers monthly billing too, but we couldn't capture those prices or the prices for more properties, so check its property selector.
How the pricing models differ
Hospitable charges a base fee with included properties. Host covers 1 property, Professional 2 and Mogul 3. Extra properties are billed only in months when they're active, meaning they have a check-in or Dynamic Pricing turned on. You pay the base fee even if every property is inactive.
Lodgify charges by plan and number of properties. Basic is limited to 1 property and Starter to 2. Professional and Ultimate go higher, and Lodgify says "pricing varies based on the number of properties you manage." The prices above are its 1-property, yearly-billing view. A bi-yearly option saves 25%.

Transaction fees
Hospitable takes no commission on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com bookings. It charges processing fees on extras: upsells at 10% on Essentials and 7% on paid plans, security deposits at 2%, and cleaner payouts at 2.5% on Essentials or 1.5% on paid plans, capped at $5 a clean. Direct bookings cost 1% on Direct Basic, or 4% plus 3% processing on Direct Premium.
Lodgify says it has no booking fee on any plan. It charges a 1% transaction fee on payments guests make online through a gateway such as Stripe or PayPal, and the gateway adds its own fee. Payments you record manually, such as cash or bank transfer, have no transaction fee. Manual payment recording starts on Professional.

Lodgify includes 1:1 onboarding on Starter and up and has no setup fee. Hospitable has no onboarding fee, with a free orientation during the trial. Lodgify says it was founded in 2012 in Barcelona.
Which should you pick?
- You have one listing and want to spend nothing: Hospitable Essentials. Accept the 10% upsell fee and pay for Dynamic Pricing only if it earns its $15.
- You have one listing and want the lowest paid price: Lodgify Basic at $14 a month, if you can pay yearly.
- You want your own booking site for 1–2 listings: Lodgify Starter at $26 a month billed yearly.
- You have 3–10 listings and want a known price: Hospitable Professional. Get Lodgify's price for your property count and compare.
- You manage for owners: compare Hospitable Mogul ($99 for 3 properties, plus $30 each) with Lodgify Ultimate at your property count.

On October 28, 2026, we read Hospitable's pricing help article and Lodgify's pricing page. On October 29, we reread both, plus Hospitable's llms.txt and Lodgify's About page. Lodgify's page showed yearly prices for 1 property by default; we couldn't capture its monthly prices or its prices for more properties. Hospitable's 3–10 listing figures are our own math. We don't publish star ratings.
