Hospitable Pricing (2026): Essentials, Host, Professional and Mogul Explained

Hospitable has a free plan and three paid plans. Essentials is free for unlimited properties. The paid plans are:

• Host: $29 a month for 1 property, $39 for 2, and capped at 2
• Professional: $59 a month with 2 properties included, then $15 for each additional one
• Mogul: $99 a month with 3 properties included, then $30 for each additional one

Extra properties are billed only in months when they're "active." Annual billing saves 12%.

For a host with one or two listings, the main choice is free Essentials vs $29–$39 Host. The paid plans include Dynamic Pricing and lower fees on upsells and cleaner payouts.

Hospitable's public pricing page loads its prices with JavaScript, and our fetch showed "--" in place of numbers. The figures below come from Hospitable's own help-center pricing article (updated September 16, 2026) and its published llms.txt file (marked "Last updated: October 2026"). We checked both October 28, 2026. We haven't tested Hospitable hands-on.

The help center gives its own example: 4 properties on Professional cost $89 a month ($59 + 2 × $15).

Billing rules that change the math

• The base fee is always charged, even if your included properties are inactive.
• Extra properties are billed only when "active." A property is active in a billing cycle if it has a check-in, or if Dynamic Pricing is turned on for it. If a property is active only because of Dynamic Pricing, it's billed at $10 instead of the plan's usual extra-property price.
• Annual billing saves 12%. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, and they're non-refundable after 30 days from the start of your trial.
• Free trial: 14 days with all features and no card. There's no onboarding fee. Paid "Rapid Rollout" onboarding is optional, and its price isn't published.
• Older accounts that subscribed before May 1, 2024 may be on a legacy plan with a $40 base price.
• Other currencies: The Host plan is listed at CAD $39 and AUD $45.

Host

• Everything in Essentials
• Dynamic Pricing included for active properties ("at no additional cost," per the pricing material)
• Lower upsell and cleaner-payout fees
• MCP access, for connecting AI assistants to your account
• No smart-device connections

Professional

• Everything in Host, with no property cap
• 2 smart-device connections per property, then $5 per extra device
• Direct booking website

Mogul

• Everything in Professional
• 4 smart-device connections per property
• Owner statements and owner payouts
• Accounting, either native or synced with QuickBooks
• Inbox AI and Copilot features

Hospitable says trust accounting is in a pilot.

One wording issue: Hospitable's help article both lists Dynamic Pricing as included on paid plans and describes a $15 per-property charge after a trial. We read the $15 charge as applying to Essentials, which matches the plan descriptions. If Dynamic Pricing matters to you, confirm with Hospitable during the trial.

Transaction fees

Premium direct booking, available in the US, UK and Australia, makes Hospitable the merchant of record. It adds $5M damage protection and US lodging-tax remittance, and it includes guest verification. On Vrbo, a merchant-of-record add-on charges 3.9% processing on top of Vrbo's own commission. Hospitable also lists a 1% service fee for Stripe merchant-of-record on Vrbo.

The fees add up: on a $300 cleaning, a 1.5% payout fee is $4.50. On a $100 upsell, the fee is $10 on Essentials and $7 on a paid plan.

What Hospitable costs: worked examples

These are monthly subscription prices, assuming every property is active (has a check-in) each month. Annual billing is 12% less.

For example, Host for one property on annual billing works out to about $25.52 a month ($29 × 0.88), or about $306 a year. Professional for five active properties is $104 a month, or about $1,098 a year with annual billing.

If you have seasonal listings that sit empty for months, the active-property rule lowers your bill. You pay only the base fee in months when an extra property has no check-in and no Dynamic Pricing.
