RentRedi sells one plan with every feature and unlimited units. The only choice is how you pay: $29.95 a month month to month, $20 a month on a 6-month plan, or $12 a month billed yearly ($144 a year). The price doesn't change whether you have 1 unit or 100, so the per-unit cost drops as you grow. Tenants pay small fees on top for ACH, card payments and screening.

Short answer: RentRedi costs $29.95 a month billed monthly, $20 a month on the 6-month plan, or $12 a month on the annual plan ($144 a year). Every term includes unlimited units, tenants and teammates. There's no free plan or free trial, but there's a 30-day money-back guarantee. Tenants pay $1 per ACH payment.

Best for:

  • Best for 10+ units: the annual plan, because $144 a year works out to $1.20 per unit a month at 10 units.
  • Best for trying RentRedi first: the monthly plan, because you can cancel anytime and have a 30-day refund window.
  • Best for 1–2 units on a $0 budget: not RentRedi; a free tool such as TurboTenant or Avail costs nothing upfront.

All plan details below come from RentRedi's own pricing page, read on October 28, 2026. We haven't used RentRedi with our own rentals.

RentRedi's page says the three terms differ only in how you pay: "All three include every RentRedi feature." It says the annual plan saves $215.40 a year and the 6-month plan saves $119.40 a year, compared with paying monthly. That checks out: $29.95 × 12 is $359.40, minus $144 or $240.

One small inconsistency: the page's hidden structured data lists the monthly plan at $29.00, while the visible price is $29.95. We use the visible price.

What every plan includes

RentRedi lists the same feature set on all three terms, including:

  • Rent collection: online payments by ACH, card or cash, autopay and reminders, automatic late fees, payment controls to pause or block payments, and security deposit collection.
  • Payouts: "quick 2–3 day payouts," per the pricing page.
  • Accounts: unlimited payment account connections and unlimited portfolios and sub-accounts.
  • Leasing: listings, applications and tenant screening.
  • Operations: accounting and reporting, maintenance requests and tenant messaging, with iOS, Android and web apps.
  • Team and support: unlimited teammates, 24/7 live chat, and live phone support from 9 to 5 Eastern.
  • Tenant credit reporting: offered as an add-on (see fees).

The pricing page says the full list runs to 121 features.

Fees tenants and landlords pay

FeeAmountWho pays
ACH rent payment$1 per paymentTenant by default; you can cover it
Card rent payment3.1% + $0.30, grossed up so you receive the full rentTenant by default
Screening (credit, criminal, eviction)$39.99Tenant
Screening with Plaid income verification$49.99Tenant
Credit reporting$5.99/moLandlord or tenant

The ACH, card and payout details come from RentRedi's payments FAQ. Because the card fee is grossed up, a $1,500 card payment costs the tenant about $48.30, not $46.80. If you want to avoid card fees entirely, RentRedi's help center explains how to accept ACH only.

What RentRedi costs at different sizes

Subscription only, by billing term. Tenant fees are extra and usually paid by tenants.

UnitsMonthly ($29.95)6-month ($20)Annual ($12)
1$29.95 per unit$20.00 per unit$12.00 per unit
5$5.99 per unit$4.00 per unit$2.40 per unit
10$3.00 per unit$2.00 per unit$1.20 per unit
20$1.50 per unit$1.00 per unit$0.60 per unit
Yearly total, any size$359.40$240$144

If you absorb the ACH fee: add $12 per unit a year ($1 × 12 payments). At 10 units on the annual plan, that's $144 + $120 = $264 a year.

Is RentRedi worth it?

  • 1–2 units: probably not if cost is the main concern. Free plans from TurboTenant and Avail cost you $0, though tenants pay higher ACH fees ($2 and $2.50) and applicants pay more for screening.
  • About 8–20 units: this is where RentRedi's flat price starts to win. Our RentRedi vs Avail math puts the break-even with Avail's free plan at about 8 units on RentRedi's annual plan, and about 20 units month to month.
  • 20+ units: the annual plan costs $0.60 per unit a month or less, which is hard for per-unit platforms to match.

Two things to check. RentRedi has no free tier to fall back to. And Schedule E support is disputed: RentRedi's comparison page lists Schedule E reporting, while Avail's comparison says RentRedi needs REI Hub for it, so confirm in a demo. If you'd rather have tax reports in a separate app, Stessa Manage includes Schedule E for $15 a month month to month.

Getting your money back. RentRedi charges when you subscribe; it isn't a free trial. The FAQ says that if it isn't right for you within 30 days, you can contact RentRedi for a full refund.
