Landlords, agents and property managers use it at no cost: the applicant buys one report (Experian credit report with VantageScore, nationwide criminal, sex offender and eviction search) and shares it with up to three properties within 30 days. Landlords may choose to pay instead. Also offers an online rental application and online rent collection.
