Overview
Tenant screening run by the American Apartment Owners Association. Landlords invite applicants through a free online application or a reusable ApplyNow link, then pick a package and choose who pays. Credit pulls are soft inquiries; owners can get underwritten for instant credit reports without applicant cooperation. A la carte reports cover evictions, criminal, employment and landlord verification. Screened applicants can also be offered LeaseGuarantee, a security-deposit alternative.
